Under many circumstances, a high spatial resolu-tion image (HR) is greatly needed for modern appli-cations nevertheless the HR image captured deviceis usually overpriced cost. Hence, Super ResolutionReconstruction (SRR) technique, which can recon-struct a HR image from a single LR image or manyLR images by using algebraic formulation, is one ofthe modern research elds in digital image process-ing (DIP) and Computer Vision (CV). In this paper,an extra-rate spatial enhancement constructed byMSRR (Multi-frame Super Resolution Reconstruc-tion) using regularized technique and SSRR (Single-frame Super Resolution Reconstruction) using high-frequency pre-forecasting is presented in order to en-large up to 16x ratio rate.Etc...
