As a result, the world is looking for green fuels source for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The green fuels from biomass are attractive due to biomass is a chemical elementsthat can be converted into fuels comparable to petroleum fuels. Moreoverit has shown no effect on the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere (Carbon Zero). In Thailand, biomass is a potential raw material for domestic production. Conversion of biomass to obtain domestic energy will reduce imports and sustain the country"es energy security. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on providing the information and knowledge of carbon taxesandbiomass conversion technologies used as biofuels, in addition, the potential for the development of biofuels in Thailand
